Introduction:
ITSA (UK) Ltd was setup in late 2002, by IT support specialists that have worked together through four companies including start-ups and established organisations.
We understood the importance of IT to the business and wanted to provide a cost effective alternative for companies and home workers that did not have or need their own IT support teams.
The objectives of the company have always been to ensure that we provide 1st class IT support on a cost effective basis. The businesses we have worked for in the past have clearly shown that good IT can have a significant impact on how the business performs.
We have continued to provide this support and the core ideals from the early days have not changed. This in part is why our customers stay with us.
As a company we also understood we could not necessarily have all the services in-house and so we have associates that complement our skill set. We are still the primary point of contact for any project and it is our responsibility to ensure work is delivered on time, to budget and to the standard our customers expect.
We have experience of installing and implementing infrastructures for both small and large organisations. From personal computing solutions to server installations, networks and telephone systems.
Supporting the users and their hardware requirements, helping in the procurement of hardware and software when necessary. We operate an open book accounting policy and believe that being open with our customers is as critical to our business model as guaranteeing confidentiality.
